What if a person asks for a refund on their ticket?

Two scenarios might happen.


The trip was canceled by booking a ride.

A voucher will be issued. A full refund is also an option on the ticket which is canceled.


The trip was canceled by the customer within 8 hrs limit.

They will get a refund on the ticket they canceled. Also, an automatic voucher will be issued in the customer's name post-cancellation.
