What if the person needs to change the booking date of the cab?

The ticket can only be canceled if it is being done in the minimum 2 hours of the bracket prior to their trip. Once the ticket is canceled, a voucher is issued in the customer's name through which they can book a new ticket for their new destination. Customers canceling their tickets are not eligible for a refund since tickets are non-refundable and only vouchers can be released.
